This policy explains how Waterfall Kids Academy collects and looks after the personal information you share with us. We are responsible for keeping it safe.
What we collect
When you book a tour, send an enrolment enquiry or contact us, we collect your name and contact details, your child's name and age or date of birth, the programme you are interested in, and any allergy or health notes you choose to share. If you enrol, we also collect the documents you provide, such as a birth certificate, immunisation card and parent ID.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange your tour, process an enrolment and care for your child safely. We may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your request.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We only share it with our own staff who need it to care for your child, and where the law requires us to.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only for as long as we need it and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss or misuse.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you and your child at any time. Just contact us using the details below and we will help.
